Reusable ice packs for use according to the RICE principle. Remember rest, ice compression and elevation. Can be reused for cold treatment, by placing it in the freezer, or as heat treatment, where the bag is placed in boiling water that has just been taken from the heater. Heat treatment is started after 48 hours, when the injury is no longer bleeding and has begun to heal. The heat enhances the healing process. If the injury is partially torn open again, it should be treated with ice as an acute injury. Very break-resistant and easy to form regardless of temperature. You should primarily use the same bag for either cold or heat treatment, as this extends the life of the bag.
The bag must not be placed directly on the skin, e.g. place a towel between the skin and the bag.
Suitable for cold treatment during knee joint rehabilitation after knee surgery.
