Aserve balance board is an easy and transportable training center for the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries in ankles and knees. Up to ¾ of all injuries to knees and ankles can be prevented with the Aserve balance board.

A balance board is an easy and cheap method for training sensorimotor skills, flexibility and balance. The body's nerve pathways are stimulated to better control the foot and utilize the foot's superb natural properties.

The balance board strengthens and trains the ability to balance and coordinate, which is crucial so that muscles and joints are not exposed to overload.
The balance board strengthens and retrains muscles and ligaments, especially in the ankles and knees. Trained ligaments and muscles minimize the risk of future injuries.

A study conducted among handball girls, who are the most exposed to knee and ankle injuries, concludes:
That by using a balance board, as well as a properly organized training program, the level of damage in ankles and knees can be reduced by up to ¾.
The risk of knee and ankle injuries in match situations is 4 to 5 times higher in handball girls who do not use a balance board and training program as prevention.

When rehabilitating ankle injuries after the leather or torn ligament in the ankle, a study shows that the athlete, by using a balance board in rehabilitation, has a significantly lower risk of the ligament being leathered or torn again.
Likewise, the stability of the ankle joint is strengthened after the injury, by using a balance board, so that the risk of future injuries is minimized.
