ABS training balls

Training balls for physiotherapy/ergotherapy, sports and fitness.

ABS stands for Anti-Burst System, which means the balls will not pop when punctured, but the air will seep out slowly.

These robust training balls are used in physio/erg therapy, sports and fitness to strengthen muscles, increase mobility and balance and to prevent back pain.

In sports therapy, they are ideal for specific coordination training.

The balls are available from 45 cm - 85 cm) Size is chosen based on the person's height:

Height 140-153 cm = ball of 45 cm
Height 155-168 cm = ball of 55 cm
Height 170-185 cm = ball of 65 cm
Height 188-203 cm = ball of 75 cm
more than 205 cm = 85 cm ball
