Conditions

When you shop at SponsorWorld, the general sales and contractual rules of Danish law apply, including the rules on consumer purchases. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the applicable legislation in the area - i.e. primarily the Sales Act and the Consumer Contracts Act.

Prices

All prices on SponsorWorld.dk are only valid on the day of the order and can be changed continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order if SponsorWorld accepts the order. All prices are shown incl. VAT and in Danish kroner. SponsorWorld reserves the right for out-of-stock items, price changes and any errors on the website.

Payment

SponsorWorld accepts payment with: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners, Paypal and MobilePay

The amount is only withdrawn from your account when the order has been approved and shipped from SponsorWorld's warehouse. You will then receive a receipt for your payment by email. All card payments are made through Net's encrypted SSL payment system, for secure and confidential payment. The account information you enter when purchasing goods at SponsorWorld is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read.

Delivery

SponsorWorld offers free delivery in Denmark for purchases over DKK 499, and only to Denmark (nor Greenland and the Faroe Islands). If ordered before 12.00, the item is expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days.

All deliveries are made through either Postnord, GLS or DAO. Should your item be damaged during delivery, the right of complaint covers.

Webshop Order

We endeavor to ship all webshop orders within 3 weeks, however longer delivery times may occur during busy periods.

All orders for club wear specially designed with the text "Your club - Your brand"

Produced to order and put into production every day after you place the order. Once we have placed the order with the manufacturer, expect 10-15 production days (working days) after which we will send the products to you.

Right of exchange and cancellation

If you regret your purchase at SponsorWorld, you have 14 days of full right of return, from the day you received the item. When returning the item, it must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging and you must enclose a copy of your invoice. If you wish to exchange the item for another, please state this on the invoice. When returning, you must pay the return shipping yourself. SponsorWorld will refund the purchase price (excluding your shipping costs) as soon as possible after receiving the item, if it meets the conditions for the right of return and cancellation to be exercised.

There is no right of return or cancellation on specially designed/made products.

Specially designed products with your own name/text can only be returned if they are faulty, missing or defective.

As soon as you have ordered printing or printing on the clothing, we consider the clothing to be specially designed, and you have thus waived the right of cancellation, as we cannot sell the clothing to other customers. The return address is: SponsorWorld, Tjelevej 34, 7400 Herning.

Complaint

As a consumer, you have 2 years' right to complain. You can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please complain within 2 months. In order to be able to make use of the right of complaint, it is a prerequisite that the fault has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

If the fault is due to incorrect use (e.g. in relation to washing instructions), wear and tear or external influences, your complaint is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints can be reported to info@SponsorWorld.dk. After this, please send the item together with your invoice and a description of the error to: SponsorWorld , Tjelevej 34, 7400 Herning.

You must pay yourself to send your item back. If the complaint is justified, SponsorWorld will refund your delivery costs as soon as possible. SponsorWorld reserves the right to remedy faults with the item or replace the item with an equivalent one rather than refunding the purchase price.
